We provide AI-powered tools and workflows that help real estate agents and brokerages respond to leads faster, nurture past clients, and automate repetitive business tasks. Our services are delivered through automated SMS, email, and CRM integrations on behalf of our clients.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly and information transmitted through lead sources and integrations on behalf of our real estate agent clients.
- Contact information including first name, last name, email address, and phone number submitted through any form on our website or connected lead sources.
- Property inquiry details including property addresses, areas of interest, and messages submitted by prospective home buyers or sellers.
- Lead source information indicating how a contact found our client's listing or service.
- Payment information processed securely through PayPal. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
- Usage data including browser type, IP address, pages visited, and time on site.
- Communications data including SMS messages, emails, and any replies to our automated systems.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To automatically respond to real estate leads via SMS and email within 90 seconds of an inquiry on behalf of our agent clients.
- To create and update contact records in CRM systems such as Follow Up Boss.
- To send follow-up messages as part of automated nurture sequences as configured by our clients.
- To process payments for our service packages through PayPal's secure infrastructure.
- To improve our AI models and automation workflows based on aggregate, anonymized data.
- To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from regulatory authorities.
4. SMS and Email Communications
By submitting your phone number or email through any form connected to our system, you consent to receive automated SMS messages and emails from or on behalf of our real estate agent clients.
- SMS messages are sent via Twilio and comply with TCPA regulations. Message and data rates may apply.
- You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive.
- You may opt out of email by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.
- We do not send unsolicited marketing messages. All communications are triggered by your direct inquiry or form submission.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in limited circumstances.
- With our real estate agent clients on whose behalf we operate, so they can follow up personally when needed.
- With service providers including Twilio, Make.com, Follow Up Boss, ActiveCampaign, and Anthropic. Each provider is contractually obligated to protect your data.
- With PayPal for secure payment processing.
- With law enforcement when required by law or to protect the safety of our users and the public.
6. Data Retention
- Lead contact information is retained for the duration of our service agreement with the relevant agent client, plus 12 months.
- Payment records are retained for 7 years in accordance with financial recordkeeping requirements.
- SMS and email communication logs are retained for 24 months.
- You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@listing.wtf. We will process requests within 30 days.
7. Data Security
- All data transmitted between our systems and third-party services is encrypted using TLS/SSL.
- API keys and credentials are stored in secure, access-controlled data stores and never exposed in client-facing code.
- Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
- In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected individuals within 72 hours of discovery.
